Dr. S. P. Singh
Mr. S. P. Singh is a seasoned banking professional with 37+ years of experience. He holds an M. Sc. in Chemistry, B. Ed, CAIIB, and PG Diploma in Training & Development. He has worked with Punjab National Bank, retiring as Deputy General Manager. He has international training experience and has received awards for introducing modern training methodologies. He is a published author, visiting faculty, and approved interview panelist for IBPS. Currently, he sits on various financial revival committees and provides training and advisory services to banks and management institutes.
Mr. Harsha Upadhyaya
Mr. Harsha Upadhyaya serves as the President and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) – Equity at Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company Ltd., where he leads the equity investment team. With over two decades of experience in equity research and fund management, he has previously held positions at DSP BlackRock, UTI Asset Management, Reliance Group, and SG Asia Securities. Mr. Upadhyaya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder from the CFA Institute, USA.
Mr. Vivek Shrivastava
Mr. Vivek Srivastava serves as the Head of Commercial Banking Technology at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he oversees technological strategies and solutions for the bank’s commercial banking division. With a robust background in IT operations and technology, he has played a pivotal role in enhancing the bank’s digital infrastructure. Prior to this role, Mr. Srivastava held the position of Deputy Vice President of IT Operations and Technology, focusing on phone banking services. His extensive experience in banking technology has been instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence within the organization.

Sanjana Sethi
My life’s journey has been a testament to the power of compassion and kindness. After losing my father at 3.5 years, I embarked on a path of philanthropy. I volunteered at NGOs, taught underprivileged children, and provided music therapy to cancer patients. I supported Mother Teresa’s charity, aiding epilepsy patients, and rescued abandoned animals. During the pandemic, I helped migrant laborers and created sustainable masks. Through mentorship and leadership, I empowered others to prioritize wellness and sustainability. My experiences have instilled a sense of purpose, and I strive to continue making a positive impact. I hope my story inspires others to find their passion and create a brighter, more compassionate future.
